Help place this case please!

Does anyone here remember a case a few years ago about a woman who disappeared from her in-laws house when she went out to check the mail? I seem to remember that she had been in the middle of a divorce. I think her in-laws said she went out to the yard to check the mail, and vanished. It could have even been solved, but it is bugging me to no end! Any one remember something similar?
