Help please new member unable to reply

I've had 2 private messages from another member, but cannot see a way to reply to it.
Subsequently I've received a PM from a different member, and that had a reply button on it so I was able to respond.
Why no reply button on the other PMs?

Don't know if that is the case here, but it is possible to lock a conversation so no replies are allowed.

Thanks for getting back to me, I think I hit reply so it included a previous post and other than that just text. I then deleted all except my own text but that didn’t work either.

While I can't see the entire post in your screenshot, I strongly suspect it is due to the image you were trying to attach. With the "Learn More" link and Craig's logo, the software would detect it as spam (i.e. advertising).
