'Helter Skelter' author, Manson prosecutor, Vincent Bugliosi dies

Vincent Bugliosi, who prosecuted the Charles Manson murder cases and then went on to become the bestselling author of a book about the case, 'Helter Skelter', has died aged 80.

He died Saturday in a Los Angeles hospital after a long battle with cancer his son, also Vincent, has announced.
