Isn't Ovarian cancer what caused Patsy's death? Back in the day, douching was a popular way to cleanse and considered an essential part of good hygiene. Maybe she thought the vaginitis would be helped by the practice and it went a little too far towards being punishment.

I believe Patsy did have ovarian cancer and lost her fight to it. Years ago, douching was a common practice for adults. I've never heard of anyone using it on a small child until this case. I think PR started this for hygiene and it escalated somehow. IMO, this was the springboard for what eventually caused the unintentional death of JBR.
