Wonder how they pieced that together considering she was in Indiana. This should get interesting to see if the husband had any knowledge. One comment is interesting under that article and I tend to believe her.

Chang accepted the Jackson’s not guilty plea and set trial for Nov. 12 before Chief Federal Judge Susan Oki Mollway .

Jackson is being held without bail in the federal detention center in Honolulu.

Federal prosecutors have the option, but have not said whether they will seek the death penalty in the case.

The three-page federal indictment said the offense was committed after "substantial planning and premeditation."

Jackson lived with her parents a few blocks away on Kobashigawa Street in Aliamanu housing complex.

An Army medic charged with conspiring with his lover to kill his wife in Hawaii will be court-martialed for child and prostitution charges that surfaced while investigating the killing.

New allegations surfaced during a military judicial hearing in March, where Army prosecutors said Michael Walker is accused of possessing and viewing child and receiving money in exchange for sex with men.

An Army medic charged with conspiring with his lover to kill his wife was convicted in Hawaii of sexually abusing a child.

A military judge found Pvt. Michael Walker guilty after a court-martial, Tripler Army Medical Center spokeswoman Leanne Thomas said Thursday. The judge also convicted Walker of assault by battery and communicating a threat. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Walker, who's accused of conspiring to kill his wife, was interviewed by military investigators shortly after the body of his wife, Catherine, was found stabbed to death in the couple's Aliamanu home on Nov. 15, 2014.

During an exchange in the interrogation, Walker said that he believes his lover Lisa Jackson had killed his wife.

Walker: “OK? I have a problem … I'm a sex addict. And I'm staying with a frickin' psycho (expletive) … who threatened her life.”

Ian Mitchell, the military investigator: “Threatened your wife's life?”

Walker: “Threatened my wife's life because she wanted to be with me and me only. I didn't think she was going to do it."

Jackson later admitted to killing Catherine Walker.

His murder trial set for August was postponed; cannot find a new date scheduled.
