I'm almost certain that this Jane Doe (postmortem image warning) is Charleen. The last seen and DBF dates don't quite match up, but NamUs is no stranger to having typos in those dates. I sent this tip in a while back, but never heard a response and last I checked they were not rule-outs of each other.
