"The Maui Police Department requests the public’s assistance with any information on the whereabouts of David Osborn (56) of Kauai.

Mr. Osborn was reported missing on Friday, September 9, 2022, by his family after failing to arrive home from Maui. Mr. Osborn was scheduled to depart Maui on August 31, 2022, at about 9:00 a.m., from the Hana Airport. Mr. Osborn was scheduled to meet a friend at the San Francisco Airport on August 31, 2022, for a connecting flight but failed to show.

Mr. Osborn was last seen on August 30, 2022, at approximately 8:00 p.m. at his vacation rental in Hana. Personal effects of Mr. Osborn were found in the rental. Mr. Osborn is on foot as he did not rent a vehicle upon his arrival in Maui.

Mr. Osborn is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-10, weighs about 150 pounds, and has grey hair and blue eyes. It is unknown the type of clothing he was last wearing.

Oh gosh, it’s been a while now and no word from him? Plus his personal effects were found at the rental, which makes me think he never packed for his upcoming flight. This is very concerning.
