Circumstances of Disappearance
Manuel Duran was last seen by his co-worker on 12-3-18 as he left work to start his vacation, and had planned to return in January of 2019. Duran related to his co-worker that he was going to the Philippines to visit his girlfriend and juvenile daughter. It was learned that Duran had planned to arrive in the Philippines via kayak. He apparently set sail from Honolulu and has not been seen or heard from since. Duran is considered lost at sea.
