Both plead not guilty. SB bail $1M, KD bail $500K.
Telma’s 8 yr old daughter was found bound & gagged with duct tape.

*Motion Hearing for both (@ 8:30am Hawaiian-Aleutian Time) - HI - Telma Boinville (51) (Dec. 6, 2017, Oahu) – *Stephen Brown (23/now 25) & *Hailey Kai Dandurand (20/now 22) arrested (12/13/17), charged & arraigned (12/18/17) with 2nd degree murder, 2 counts kidnapping & 1st degree burglary. Both plead not guilty. SB bail $1M, KD bail $500K.
Telma’s 8 yr old daughter was found bound & gagged with duct tape.
Trial was set to begin for both on 3/23/20 continued to 5/25/20 moved to 6/22/20 & has been rescheduled for 7/27/20 & has been rescheduled to 10/5/20.

Woman accused of North Shore murder denied supervised release as OCCC COVID-19 cluster grows

August 20, 2020

The attorney for accused murderer Hailey Dandurand filed a motion asking for bail reduction, or supervised release, due to the spread of coronavirus inside O'ahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC), but a judge denied the request.


According to court documents, the judge stated that while the spread of COVID-19 within OCCC is a serious matter, it 'does not allow the court to conclude that the currently set bail amount is unreasonable.'



Well now I wonder if she will still have a bond motion hearing on 8/25. I'll keep an eye out!

Her request was denied for a fourth time during the COVID-19 pandemic.


That's because a judge ruled the Supreme Court's order for early release does not include inmates awaiting trial for murder.
