The car belonging to a 22-year-old man reported missing a week ago was found in Kahakuloa on Friday, while a search for him continued, police said.
Yuya Fujioka, a Japanese national who has lived on Maui for three years, hasnt been heard from since Jan. 23 when he called Antonios restaurant in Kihei to say he wouldnt be in to work. He was working as a server at the restaurant and living on Maalo Street in Kahului.

Fujioka was reported missing Jan. 28. He is described as 5-foot-2 and weighing 133 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
