highlights of 2004 courtroom antics

Court TV has an interesting article on courtroom antics from 2004. I hadn't heard the story about the boat at the Peterson trial.
.........While jurors in Scott Peterson’s murder trial deliberated, a boat similar to the one prosecutors say he used to dump his wife’s body suddenly appeared in a lot near the courthouse. Both the lot and the boat, which contained a dummy that had been used in defense testing, belonged to defense attorney Mark Geragos.
It certainly was an interesting year.

Does anyone else know of any other courtroom antics in 2004 that didn't make the Court TV article?
