HLN showing opening statements

heres another thought....
the shovel deal...
if we are to believe this accident theory... here it comes... AFTER YOU HAVE SEEN YOUR DAUGHTER DEAD IN YOUR PARENTS BACKYARD....follow me.... WHAT ON EARTH COULD MAKE YOU GO B A C K TO BORROW A SHOVEL TO DO.....and this has been made 'fact'...YOU BORROW A SHOVEL TO GO INTO THE BACKYARD WHERE YOUR DAUGHTER DROWNED TO.... DIG UP BAMBOO!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! can you see how this alone makes utterly no logical sense at all! if this accident happened, and you are so distraught and terrified... HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU POSSIBLY GO BACK TO DO SOME GARDENING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! you would have to be even more of pillar of salt!! a stone cold block of obsidian.. further it even more... she goes BACK to said place of accidental death... TO STEAL GAS CANS!!!!!

:twocents: Information via visual documents can be observed by SELECTED participants and NOT shown to the entire courtroom audience. There are times that is done while the forensic pathologist/medical examiner is testifying to the jury regarding specific details. On the other hand, if the SA so chose, they could prepare a "pseudo Caylee" and that might be seen by EVERYONE.....again, depends upon the jurisdiction and Judge's decision. I've :innocent: experienced both situations, never has it been easy on the victim's caring survivors.
See? That's why I'm dreading October so bad. My brother was standing in his doorway when his wife was murdered right before his eyes. He grabs the phone and manages to dial 911 before Berry Hall shot his hand off. That wasn't good enough though. He then blew the right side of his head off. If I have to look at crime scene photos, I will surely lose it. :( At his pre-trial they played the 911 call and for 19 freaking minutes all you can hear are four terrified babies screaming. :( That's a phone call that I will hear every day for the rest of my life . I wished I hadn't of went that day.

The question might be, however, is when did Casey tell JB it was an accident?

RespectfullyQuoted panthera :thumb:
BBM

Ya know what panthera...I had not thought of that! You are right, when did she tell him that "truth?" If she just told him...why does he think she would wait? And, if she only told him recently...would he have been going with a kidnapping defense-up until that point? He would have had to make a quick switch...

Yeah...I do wonder when she told him?

:tyou: panthera

It is difficult for me to keep up with the deception. :liar:

Oh... this is what I want to know, panthera!

I'm now watching Tim Miller on HLN. Ya know... I'm cautiously optimistic about the A's finally taking off the blinders and facing the truth about their daughter. I wonder when it's all said and done if they will publicly apologize to Tim and the many, many others that gave their time and resources to help only to be spit in the face, so to speak. That would be nice and would go a long way to rehabilitate them in the eyes of so many, myself included. But I won't hold my breath.

I've never posted on little Caylee's thread, but i've been following along since 2008.

I've been puzzled when JB gave his opening statement. I'm paraphrasing a bit, but toward the end, JB tells the jury something like "you can render a verdict of NOT GUILTY and send her HOME!" I've been scratching my head wondering 'what home'? or 'whose home'? What do all of you think about that? Poor GA. No way do I believe this fairytale that JB is spinning. I could only DREAM of having a dad like GA. I loved my father, but he was very abusive, so GA seems like a dream dad to me.

if here mother didnt come and extricate her from tony's.... HOW LONG would she have kept herself, and of course caylee, AWAY from her family; and HOW would she have done this??? she must have either made crap up as the days came and went, and / or, come up with stuff 'on the fly'... she was bouncing in and out of guys beds all the time.. 'love'; she didnt know love.... everyone in her live, who she came into contact with, they all, for the most part, became victims of her in one way or another. what would have happened if she managed to keep 'hiding' and traveling all over the place.... something would have had to give sooner or later.... was she planning her parents demise in her sick mind as well??? it is sooooooooo insane..... no, it is beyond that.. it is sick.

Sure doesn't make sense that after accusing GA of child molestation and the home as dysfunctional that he'd suggest the jury return her there! :waitasec: Or maybe it does.......

poor cindy's testimony is now being re-played, all the while, as cameras go back and forth to ICA seeing exact same pics as her mother, she is void of emotion and just seems so angered by her mothers reaction... and you can see ICA looking right at the defense table monitor, nothing from ICA... just a blank look... so sad. if one thing, the prosection IS keeping Caylee in that courtroom and NOT allowing themselves to get sidetracked by the DT's 'stories'. so sad.. so sad

there is most likely, NOT a shred of evidence to support his claims and most likely, JB by his apparent HUGE defensive bombshell, may hurt his client to the point of a worse outcome than if they STOPPED at the accident/bad behavior..but, in all logic, that would have had to have been way before NOW... to wait to this point does not work, IMHO.

Per JB "He too, wanted to follow in his father's footsteps"

Jose was speaking about Lee in this comment. Who else wanted to "follow in his father's footsteps?

Or did JB misspeak?

If you are referring to the quote from the opening statement, I thought he was referring to Lee.
