I'm not saying I think he is LISK, but it's possible. Gates Ave where Thomas, Rashawn & Govan lived in 2004/2005 is NW of the LISK's territory in East New York/Brownsville

Is that a guy who never dismembered before? Why was there never a mention of how skillful the LISK victims were dismembered? Never! Govan could easily be responsible for the crackhouse murders of 2002, The 1997 project dismemberments. He must have a car. So maybe he was driving out to LI to dump parts? The Rshawn Brazell murder is very similar to Tirrel Santiago!

Great find on this new development. I wish we knew a timeline for when KG was in NY, FL and CA. I'm also curious if he knew KW -their apartments were close.

Interesting, so depending on when in 2013 he went to Florida that could rule him out for Erica McDaniel. Their apartments were less than two miles apart.

It interests me too. I looked at the community garden and it isn't that big but it would provide privacy from the road. That is something that the age range is the exact same as Asian Male, plus it would have also been around the same time as the estimated death for Asian Male. Very interesting case.

The age range is different and while most of his clothing sounds pretty typical the "Leopard print bikini underwear" do stand out. He had some specific medical conditions too -broken nose and non-union of the 5th lumbar vertebra. Missing a hand but it's unclear based on what I can see if that was due to dismemberment.

Plus it seems like the torso was dumped in the garbage the picked up which is how it was found at the sorting facility. The head was dumped in a public place. I'm going to go ahead and rule that one out, I don't think it's the Butcher/LISK.

As for Erica McDaniel, 2 miles in Brooklyn doesn't really mean anything at all. But how did you find Erica's address? Or are you think of 174 Hull where she was dumped?

He does appear to be baled or shaved. For the genitalia missing, here's the full wording "Mutilated: Skull and torso only - missing hands, legs and genitalia." So it could be that his torso was separate from his lower body at the waist thus removing both the legs and genitalia. Sorry if my wording earlier was misleading. I agree the torso probably ended up at the sort facility at 222 Masbeth Ave via being picked up in the trash. It appears that the Community Garden at 356 Stuyvesant Ave where his head was found would be closer to KG.

For Erica McDaniel's address I found it here http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/nyc-crime/suitcase-vic-b-klyn-id-kansas-gal-article-1.2077022 It's not exact, it just says "At one time, McDaniel lived on Bedford Ave. near Greene Ave." Good to know that 2 miles isn't considered close in Brooklyn.

It sounds like the genitals were removed to me. But yea while it's a great find, I don't think that one is LISK. Reminds of the murderer Leah Cuevas from a few years back.

I think the torso includes the pelvic region. (i.e. It includes everything but the head, arms, and legs.) So, when they say the genitalia is missing, it means only that specific part. jmo

Why are they starting in 2004 and forward? Was Govan not living in Brooklyn prior to that? Was he living in Brooklyn in 2012? Even if he wasn't perhaps his family was and he was visiting in Feb 2012? How did we not know that Sharabia Thomas lived 2 blocks from Rashawn Brazell, as someone who was aaware of Thmas murder and studied Brazell's murder this is shameful. Was Govan not in Brooklyn prior to 2004? Because he should be looked at for the Fulton, Belmont murders& Linden Blvd John Doe 2001. Although I do feel the last 3 are victims of the LISK.
