OMG! The prosecution needs to get their act together! I am a huge believer that all trials should be fair, and the way the prosecution is side stepping and delaying makes me angry! No matter what I think of ZA as a person, the way the prosecutors have handled this is not fair to him. When their actions can make me agree with the defense it makes me nervous that 1. This case isn't being handled properly and 2. They don't have the evidence for a conviction. They better hope they have the evidence they need or I suspect ZA will be suing the state. This could easily shift from being about justice for Holly to an injustice against the defendants. JMO.

On a side note, I absolutely love this Judge and his bow tie. Also, it's a wonder what cleaning up and getting off the drugs will do for a persons appearance. ZA looks much healthier.

I think he's a good judge too Dogface. I like the way he puts his foot down on these people.

This is beyond frustrating, these cases are progressing at a sloths pace, and I cannot imagine the toll this is taking on all families involved, especially the Bobo family. The fact that it is the state that seems to be the one responsible for this is infuriating.
