Good job but you made a sketch of Zach.

That is the idea. Since Heather Sullivan said the nose on her drawing might not have been quite right, I widened it a bit. And, I put ZA style hair on the original drawing. Not sure what his hair was like 3 years ago. The point is to show that her drawing is VERY close to Zach. Some people have trouble visualizing things. I also enlarged the Zach photo so the two faces are about the same size. If anything has any doubts that its not the same person...

This might help... I uploaded the Heather Sullivan sketch to Gimp , did some minor editing of the nose width, and reshaped the hair a bit to match Zach ...

IMHO it's the same guy. Honestly most witness sketch drawings look absolutely nothing like a suspect but in this case, the resemblance is uncanny. While the hair style and width of the nose is off a bit, the shape of the face and overall features of Zach Adams are pretty easily recognizable.

to me the only similarity is the chin. The eyes and eyebrows are totally different. but heather said it was him so there you go. jmo

The sketch is no longer of value since HS can look at an actual photo lineup and determine if he is or is not the person who tried to abduct her.

You can't alter an original sketch to make it look like who you want it to look like. HS should be able to recognize him.

I think the original sketch is dead on. The prominent chin on ZA is not visible in the one mugshot being compared but it is noticeable in previous mugshots. he has a long chin. His nose is a bit broader from the frontal view than the one depicted in the sketch. But on looking at ZA in photos that are not full front view I see that his nose does appear thinner and wider depending on the angle of view.

The most recent mugshot of Zach, the one being primarily compared, it is my belief that he may have his head stighly upturned with chin jutting forward a bit. Because of that the prominent jawline and chin is not as visible in that photo. But a previous mugshot front view (the one where he has a goatee) you can see that his jaw and chin do resemble the original sketch more closely.

That is true but you miss the point. The sketch was done independently of ZA's arrest and mug. I just point out that if you take her artists sketch, put ZA's hair on it and fix the nose a bit (as she mentioned) its a very good match.

Many sketches and facial reconstructions do not even include hair in the first place since it is so easy to change.

Next time I wont waste my time trying to make something useful for anyone.

But [A], while he was in the Decatur County Jail, became a born-again Christian, apologizing and repenting for his sins and transgressions.

And it's interesting to note that [A] has recently been transferred for undisclosed reasons from the Decatur County Jail to the Carroll County Jail.

I would not be so kind as to edit his name out. Jason Autry would have to live like a saint for ages to convince me of his turn around. He is ZA's #1 right hand man. And he is on the A-Train.

You think the eyebrows are different? Not me. I think this is a dead-on match. Heavy eyebrows........sunken type eyes. Especially with the edit, this is a ringer.

I have a problem with the stalking story now because at least 2 of the 3 aspects of it are not true.

So what if they were there at the same event... it's a small community and a popular event/activity. If Holly and ZA were there at the same time it is not outside of the realm of normal behavior. The girl that says she was double dating with Holly never mentioned stalking. You would think if they were there and this stalking/confrontation were an issue she would have mentioned it.
