My own opinion based on the fact that everyone else in Adams family was fearful of him.

His mother.
His step-father.
His grandmother.
His grandfather.
His step-sister at the time.

And with Dylan being the younger brother, and Adams being such a controlling , I think he too was just like the rest of the family. It shows how Adams thinks threats work with his family members. That is why he sent a message to Dylan that if he didn't shut his mouth he would be in the hole with Holly. That shows me he thinks intimidation and threatening Dylan works, and it probably did for years.

Didn't the brothers live in the same house? As for the mom , didn't she say her son wasn't involved AFTER he was arrested?

I read about that case when you linked it Foxfire and you are right.

I think that case is very reflective on how Holly was tortured, raped, and brutally beaten repeatedly for days before she was murdered. It seems meth addicts are like viscous rabid animals.

Very early on 'over there' the locals who said Adams and others in the A-train bragged to them very early on about what all they did to Holly and if these people are correct Holly experienced hell on earth before she died. And what was supposedly told to them was all about the brutal rapes and beatings Holly suffered.

No other motive makes any sense..... not to me anyway.

Imo, it is the same motive as old as time where someone couldn't get the female they wanted, and kidnapped them so they could force the victim into submission.

IMO, every member of the infamous A-train is going down. How many are still not charged--1 or 2? Many of us Wsers have been discussing Jason's involvement in Holly's disappearance for awhile, just using his initials only. Now we can sleuth him. Yes!
Here's hoping that more arrests are coming. jmo SA just might be next.

They ALWAYS have evidence that is being analyzed at the crime lab. Much of it amounts to nothing in the end. That is just a stall tactic to get those pesky reporters to stop asking so many questions.

What do you mean a stall tactic? The TBI isn't going to divulge any of the evidence anyway to anyone. They are no different than any other agency when it comes to that. TN doesn't have the sunshine law when it comes to the criminal justice system. That isn't a stall. They are never going to answer any questions by the reporters when it comes to the evidence.

Yes, we can all be assured loads of evidence taken in the extensive three day search warrant at Adams home, and property were sent to the lab.

At the time they said other locations were being searched as well. I now think one of the other locations may have been Autry's home and property. Iirc, on the map it shows JA living close to where Adams lived.

More specifically, the agreement said, “In exchange for the total cooperation of Shayne Kyle Austin, the State agrees to grant him immunity for all charges arising out of the disposal, destruction, burial and/or concealment of Holly Bobo’s deceased body, conditioned upon him assisting us in recovering the body of Holly Bobo.”

I think of the Christian/Newsom murder case. Both abducted. Christopher murdered. Poor Channon held for days. Horribly raped and tortured. Unspeakable acts. That case haunts me to this day. Many people in that house. Girlfriend cooking breakfast while her boyfriend brutally assaulted and raped Channon. They just went about their business. With poor Channon and their day :tantrum:

My guess is SA either failed to lead them to the body or they have evidence that directly contradicts what he has told them. That would allow them to void the agreement and proceed with indictment. IMO.

I am not really sure where each brother lived. I don't think it has ever been verified for certain but Dylan may have lived with Zach.

You mean her son, Zach?

Yes, at first before he was arrested I think she was more truthful when she said she couldn't say for sure that he wasn't involved. Then she did a 180 degree turn after he was arrested and now her chosen son didn't do it, I think she said.

Reminds me of Jackie Peterson after Scott Peterson was arrested. I guess I understand any mom wanting to believe their kid wouldn't do something this cold hearted and viscous to an innocent girl.

But really I do think she knows he did do it. She had already told the Judge in that county that ZA was not only a danger to his family but to his community as well. Boy those words sure became true.

Let me tell ya....I've held my peace. But good lord, Autry was talked about 3 years ago as a suspect for locals, in addition to ZA. What took so long?! These guys are criminals of the worst sort, with multiple felonies? How, how, how, can TBI fail the Bobos by not nailing these guys early on?

Now that I've got that out, thank goodness they are making up for lost time. The truth will out....let justice roll.

"The state voided the immunity agreement because Austin was not completely truthful and forthcoming, according to an email from Assistant District Attorney General Beth Boswell to Austin’s lawyer, Luke Evans. The email was sent on March 27."

More specifically, the agreement said,“In exchange for the total cooperation of Shayne Kyle Austin, the State agrees to grant him immunity for all charges arising out of the disposal, destruction, burial and/or concealment of Holly Bobo’s deceased body, conditioned upon him assisting us in recovering the body of Holly Bobo.”
The immunity agreement said the state would also not charge Austin with tampering with evidence or accessory after the fact “if he was present for, if he participated in, of (sic) if he has information concerning the disposal, destruction, burial, and or concealment” of Bobo’s body or other items of evidence connected to or belonging to her."

One of Zach Adams’ best friends, by all accounts, is Jason Autry, who is currently serving 15 years to life in prison with 26 felonies on his record. Jason Wayne Autry’s 15 year to Life Sentence Began 11/14/2013 he has a Parole Hearing 03/25/2014 and he has Parole Eligibility 04/12/2014, that’s a pretty short version of 15 years to Life, gee I wonder how he became eligible for Parole in 5 months? Jason Autry, while he was in the Decatur County Jail, became a born-again Christian, apologizing and repenting for his sins and transgressions. It’s interesting to note that Jason Autry has recently been transferred for undisclosed reasons from the Decatur County Jail to the Carroll County Jail.

But of course he is now a born-again Christian; isnt' this the same ole, same ole crap we hear about all murderers? :tantrum:

This is really sinking in for me. They know exactly what happened to Holly. They know who saw her...and they know what they did. They know a lot more than I expected they would.
Now, where is she?

I think water boarding should be perfectly legal against scum like ZA and JA...
