Holly Bobo, missing from TN 2014 discussion #3 ***ARREST***

How did ZA know his brother was saying too much? Wonder how he found out. Maybe his attorney was informed somehow.

Sorry to quote my own post but it is interesting to think about who may have told ZA that his brother was beginning to talk.

Where did the beans really start to roll. Because when LE begins negotiations with a defendent it is usually kept between the defendent and lawyers and LE only until the plea deal is announced.

So how in the world did ZA manage to find out and get mad at his brother. Someone spilled the beans to ZA and his lawyer.

That someone would have had to either be the brothers lawyer or LE. Those would be the only 2 parties that would know.

It is upsetting if the brother cannot trust their own attorney or LE to keep information confidential. That is how people get killed in prison.
And if that happens then the witness is lost and the case could be in jeopardy.

<snip>

It is interesting to think about. Someone may have spoken out of school or he might have realized his brother had talked when they executed that search warrant.

Yeah, there could be other ways I suppose he may have found out about it.

One other way which is not too likely but possible. The brother may have told him himself if he had a chance to talk to him. He may have told him he is sorry but needs to do the right thing from this point on or something to that affect. I doubt he did that but it is possible.

This better not be one of those press conferences where the cops play coy and refuse to answer any questions of substance. I've just about had it with those types of press conferences. They get up there and pat themselves on the back and brag about how great it is that a bunch of grown men can actually cooperate with each other to try and solve a murder, and then they refuse to answer even the most basic of questions from reporters. That kind of nonsense is completely unwarranted, if they don't want to give any details about the case "due to an ongoing investigation", then don't call a meeting with the press.

Well from what I've heard its "major" with more charges being announced... will find out ...

This is my theory and my opinion on this....

I believe momma A told ZA via phone call or visit that DA was kept up and questioned for however many hours it was and that is how ZA knew DA would spill the beans. Surely ZA had played on little brother a lot in their life and he would know his weak areas.

I was thinking possibly mom or grandfather.

Re BBM
I am glad I am not the only one who gets upset with press conferences like that. Not saying this one will be like that but I know exactly what you mean and I get really upset with those types.

When they start bragging and pattting themselves on the back for just simply doing their job that they were supposed to be doing all along, I get very disgusted. They are paid to do that job. It should be the norm.

They come across like its a big surprise that they actually worked together for a change. And then they have huge smiles and bragging and its disgusting.

It should be the norm that they cooperate with each other and do their job.
And solve the darn cases they have.

Oh, wow. I would hate to think of a mother or grandfather "ratting out" one child to the other - especially to the benefit of the one they claim to be afraid of. But, even as I write that, I can't quite dismiss it. There are a lot of pretty twisted family relationships in the world.

I remember about the time that the big search started, Momma Adams was quoted in msm complaining about the TBI questioning DA without his lawyers being present, so that is the most likely avenue for ZA to know his brother was talking.

I'd rat out my son in a heartbeat! I taught him right from wrong, and he's no better than anyone else. You do the crime, you do the time. :)

Yeah that is definitely a good guess as you and others have pointed out. I vote for this answer now. It seems the most likely way it got back to ZA.

Well, don't be too surprised if that is exactly the way it goes. I've seen a lot more press conferences like that than I have the ones where they actually release important details.............. such as where a body might be, or if they have even located one. Hmmmm, sort of like the Bobo case.

I believe in one tweet from a reporter this morning it was stated the DA or prosecutors told ZA his brother was talking. I don't know how that would have been possible unless it was during questioning before murder charges were brought. I'm sure if true it was to get him to talk to a family member.

We may not get to many "details" due to discovery and ZA having court tomorrow to announce if he in fact has an attorney for Kidnapping and Murder, I just hope that they will at least say if they have in fact found Holly.
