Might I suggest an iron neck collar with electric shock capabilities?

:floorlaugh:

Just remembered something: Do y'all remember the last couple of times they brought Jodi Arias into court ?

I am surprised that ZA and JA are not wearing as much "jewelry" as she was.

He's leaving? Autry's appearance is over?

  • #463
Wow, just thinking about the dosage needed for the needle, might want to triple it.

  • #464
No wonder he's in maximum security! All is God talk is such a farce.

6'8' wimp.

LOL! That judge...I just love him!

"Of course he's not guilty....I should have said that." Haha

Slow down on the perp bashing, though you're typing what I'm thinking.

We (including me) have to abide by the rules.

I have always felt this case was more than just a sexually related crime. Especially with many perps involved, I don't believe this was just a meth-fueled, spontaneous kidnap. This was planned, even if hours before, and carried out. Some piece is missing, that is for sure. I don't think the motive was purely sexual although that may have been an aspect of it.

Then may I ask what you think the motive was?

I have never thought this was a spontaneous kidnapping either. I don't even think the TBI thinks that. I think it was definitely planned out.

Nothing would change in the plan if she was kidnapped for the purpose to be sexual gang rape. They would still plan it out just like they did.

What other motive could they possibly have had? Holly sure wouldn't be the type of young woman they would want to kidnap for drug trafficking. Traffickers target young adult females who have major issues themselves such as being homeless or have addictions with drugs and alcohol. They sure don't target a young woman who had strong family ties and who would instantly be missed with the police looking for her immediately. So what other motive could it be? The coon hunt dissing has been debunked. So I just don't see any other motive that it could be.

All the talk from locals about what the A-train has supposedly told them has always been about how they injected her with meth, repeatedly raped her, beat her unmercifully, and then murdered her. Imo, that seems to be the sole purpose of kidnapping Holly.

JMO though

Sorry Kimster! My halo and wings fell off last night and dang it, I haven't been able to find them.

I will try to be my kinder and nicer self so I won't lose my good reputation. :seeya:

:seeya: Wow ... oh, and I'll "volunteer" to scan a thousand pages !!!!

May be too early for me to say this but I'm starting to like this judge already.

I was thinking the same thing ...

But ... don't want to talk too early ...

I'm pleased this judge is no-nonsense, or appears to be at this point.

1. ZA MUST be at all the hearings.

2. DEADLINE for plea deals.

Wow ...

The documents: 6 weeks to scan at 8 hours per day !

Wow !

Too bad Tennessee does NOT have the "Sunshine Law" !

I can't say the motive...but it might be related to her father or his business...or something we don't yet know.

Aw, ZA's attorney said :

ZA's in "isolation" ... and allowed not even a pencil and paper !

Cue the orchestra, please :

:violin::violin::violin::violin:

Zach's Attorney to Judge:

He's in isolation and he isn't allowed even a pencil & paper.

If discovery comes in he could view it by computer...my expense, my computer>so he can review it.

At least, access to pencil & paper...or pens?

So who did the physical kidnapping? They're all being accused with same charges. Who took Holly from her home?

I guess we will have to wait and see,,, but it really doesn't matter as far as being convicted. If they are all found guilty of murdering her they all will also be found guilty of aggravated kidnapping.

I don't think it was Autry though. I think Clint would have described him as being a GIANT which he is.:floorlaugh:

But Autry sure seems to be a whiney cry baby.
