I guess we will have to wait and see,,, but it really doesn't matter as far as being convicted. If they are all found guilty of murdering her they all will also be found guilty of aggravated kidnapping.

I don't think it was Autry though. I think Clint would have described him as being a GIANT which he is.:floorlaugh:

But Autry sure seems to be a whiney cry baby.

It matters to me. Thanks.

I can't say the motive...but it might be related to her father or his business...or something we don't yet know.

Really? I thought he had a small tree service company. How many workers did he even have working for him at the time? Was any of the A-train goons working for him?

Now I am more confused than ever about what you think the motive is.:floorlaugh:

I thought her father was known as a hard working honest man in his community?

For the record, I have never felt Holly was involved in anything the slightest bit nefarious. But I think there is some type of revenge...or something, I can't put my finger on it.....that is the true motive for this crime.

Thousands of pages....already scanned. Need 60 days to scan thousands more.
Whoa!

You would think by the way they are talking that they are actually having to take a chisel and carve the documents on a cave wall somewhere. :floorlaugh:

I am not saying the father was doing anything wrong either. I think this is deeper than anything we can know.

360,000 pages

The judge kept referring to Autry as the co defendant. Why?

I'm guessing they will have separate trials? What about Austin? When will he appear in court?

Adams funding is limited, his attorney was clear that he can not afford her for much longer. #HollyBobo

I know it does, n/t.:) All I meant it will not matter to the jury if they follow the letter of the law. If they decide each one of the defendants are guilty of murdering Holly, then the jury will know, no matter which one originally abducted her, they are all equally guilty under the law of aggravated kidnapping.

If the TBI doesn't really know then I imagine the DA will even tell the jury that they are not required to prove which one originally abducted her, and then he will quote the law, where it states all parties that held her against her will are guilty of AK.

As for me, I don't really care which one came there first, and abducted Holly, because I believe every defendant they are going to arrest were in on the kidnapping and the murder.

That's all I meant.:)

From News Channel 5:

DECATURVILLE, Tenn. – Jason Wayne Autry appeared in court on charged of aggravated kidnapping and first degree murder in the Holly Bobo case. He pleaded not guilty.

Autry, age 39, was already being held at the Riverbend Maximum Security prison in Nashville. He was incarcerated after pleading guilty in May 2013 in federal court to felon in possession of a firearm charges and sentenced to serve 100 months in prison.

I think you are right and they will have separate trials.

They are called co-defendants now though since they both are charged with the same crimes.

IMO

I'm jumping in. Haven't read the last 2 or three pages. Moo is that the cousin angle is one to investigate. From rumors on other boards and statements made by LE, it is my opinion that there is much more to the fact that two of her cousins are accused of doing this to her. If there is a tape and there was prolonged torture and such, it would make sense that she was targeted and this was planned. Because LE is not through with their investigation that includes:
- knocking on other perps doors,
- they won't discuss a motive because they are still putting the pieces together,
- they said much earlier the community will be shocked and saddened

I feel these two cousins didn't just wake up one day and say lets kill our cute, sweet, little cousin, Holly for kicks and giggles.

This is all JMO.

I understand the law, Ocean. This ain't my first case

That's fine if you don't really care which one it was but it does to me. Whoever grabbed her that morning could have backed off but didn't. That's why I want to know

I'd like to rewatch JA's hearing, but I can't get the original link to work. Any ideas?

<respectfully snipped & BBM for focus>

Dogface, the motive for drugging(meth) the victim is to insure continued victim compliance and increasing labido..

The gaining of immediate victim compliance of HB on the morning of 04/13/2011 was one of the many indicators of an abduction by an experienced sexual predator. HB, was not the A Gang's first, and very likely not their last innocent kidnapping victim before being apprehended, imo.

If someone didn't like someone because they were successful and beautiful and these creatures thought that person may for some reason look down on them, I could see them kidnapping her and doing their best to "destroy" her perfect little world. The best way to do that would be to administer to her what she had perhaps not approved of in your life. I do believe this was a revenge driven act. Not because of anything Holly did to them, it was because they possibly perceived her as a goody two-shoes that didn't "approve" of their lifestyle.

I just wonder how many times Holly's successes were thrown up to them?

Again, this is all my opinion as of today. It will change with new info, I'm sure.
