All I can say is I predicted back when the news first broke about the searches of the Adams property where excavators were brought in and vehicles seized that we would find out some awful awful things, that by the time trial is over we would wish we could un-know many of the specifics.

I stand by that statement. What we are going to see and hear described in excruciating detail is something I wish we could all be spared, most of all Holly's loved ones.





ETA MOO in case that wasn't clear.

And I have stood side by side with you from day one and will continue to do so. This case is going to be like opening up the pits of hell to peer into the minds of the depraved and soulless.

I am afraid this is one case that may take us all years to get over all of our nightmares or it may never come. Just like the Duncan case haunts my dreams to this day. Even in a typical murder case.. if there really is such a thing.. we rarely see this level of savage sadistic degree of pure evil.

My heart breaks for the Bobo family who will have to hear all of this in the courtroom.

And I pray for the jurors too. Photographic evidence is always hard on jurors and if there is a video on top of that..it too may lead to the jurors needing a therapist as well when trying to cope with what they have seen.

I have noticed most of the articles make a bigger deal out of the charge of AATF but that is only a Class E felony. The tampering with evidence is a much more serious charge and a Class C felony.

He could do quite a few years in prison if he is convicted of both charges.

Or they could do very little time, if they come over to the prosecution side..I wonder why we aren't hearing to much on Mark Pearcy..the one that is supposedly in the "video" . One of the reporters asked the Court/Jail when he would be in court and they told them to call back today.

There is not an attorney speaking for him yet.

I guess the other brother will be given the same bond. His arraignment was this morning too wasn't it?
