There is no video, though. Absolutely NO evidence it exists, not another person seeing it either.

I have always believed there was a video. The rumor has been round far too long - almost from the beginning if I remember.

I think it's an old gf of Jeff Pearcy because of what his mother shouted at the reporters when he was first arrested. "She's still mad he moved in with another woman" ..something along those lines.

And what comes first the rumor or the video? Its very possible the rumor of a video actually drove a person to lie about it for some personal or financial reason knowing they could not be proved a liar. And look how many people believe it?
Jeff Pearcy does not have a background to be involved in this and not say something. This is my opinion. This all stinks of a DA and prosecutor with no evidence of a video, but a lot money and power.

At the hearing, Sandra King testified that Pearcy showed her a video in which Bobo was tied up and crying. King testified that Zachary Adams, who is charged with Bobo's murder and kidnapping, also was in the video.

BBM: Up until TODAY, the only thing we knew about this "video" is what the P Brothers were being charged with ...

Then at today's Hearing for JP, a "Ms. King" took the stand, was asked IF she knew Jeff Pearcy, and then POOF -- the cameras were CUT OFF !

So obviously from the Tweets that were just posted here, there was testimony as to this existence of this "video" ...

Also, we do not know what other evidence LE has ... they have shared nothing !


JMO but I think the person(s) who testified is legit ! ANYONE who would "make-up" a story about seeing a "video" with Holly after she was abducted, would be absolutely crazy to make this up !

This bunch are CAREER CRIMINALS -- and have a drug record !

I believe there was a video. I believe certain members and associates have seen it. BUT I feel it was longs since destroyed (there has to be one or two brain cells in this group right??) and I beleive that the rumor has been so prevalent in the local topix threads for so long that ANYONE with an ax to grind about someone else could simply do exactly as you suggest and claim to have seen it when they didn't

A witness claimed in court to have seen a video featuring nursing student Holly Bobo after she disappeared. The claim was made during the hearing for one of two half-brothers arrested in connection with the case.

A judge in Henderson County ruled Tuesday there was enough probable cause in the case against Jeff Pearcy.
