Roy Kronk name will be mostly related to FINDING CAYLEE.. for the few moron's that believe that carp.. are just that MORONS.

1. Everybody that watches this on the news KNOWS Casey did it because of the 31 day, smell in the trunk, etc...
2. If the real ZFG would not have voluntarily went on tv, and filed a civil suit..she would be thought of as about as much as the the other ZG's that were interviewed... betcha can't even tell me what they look like.

Nah.. in twenty years.. they will only remember the crazy screwed up mother's name was Casey.

People may remember a "Zani" or even a "Zenaida".. or even a "Roy".... but the average person and the majority of the population.. does even pay attention to this case now. Not every one follows this case as closely as we do. If they did remember.. they would remember that.. just a name... I did follow the OJ trial..
3. what the heck was the guy's name that was killed with Nicole Brown and what was the name of the gal that was recently released that hid out for years and was in the group that kidnapped Patty Hearst?

I knew of these trials.. can't remember names...

1. I just read 2 different people's posts from this very forum, who have been following this case for some time who don't know if Casey did it or not. There is another person on here who actively defends Casey. I would say the people on here have a higher interest and higher education of this case than people just watching the news.
2. If the real ZFG (and 'real ZFG' is your term) had not gone on the news, people would still be speculating on what she was trying to hide.
3. Ron Goldman. And IMO, even if you couldn't pull his name out of thin air, you recognized it when you saw it.

In the beginning of the interviewing by police, Casey was shown a picture of ZFG and was asked... is this the nanny? ZFG? Casey said NO and signed the picture that she did not know who that person was. Essentially, this states that she did not have Caylee.
ZFG was asked to look at a picture of Casey and was asked.. do you know this person? She said no.. and signed it.
Now you can all burn me at the stake...

But as I recall, Casey couldn't have positively identified the picture she was shown for fear of harm coming to Caylee and her family. Didn't Zanny threaten all of them after the "second kidnapping" at BP? So her denial that she recognized this picture means nothing. The two questionable "facts" seem to cancel one another out, don't they?

I'll concede that. There was a lot of finger pointing at this ZG, but it didn't come from Casey or the A's. It came from bloggers and the media. Perhaps it might be more appropriate for ZG to sue those people.

There were very few details about this ZG and the imaginanny that actually matched....just the Sawgrass connection and the name. There's even some question about whether the names are the same. A great number of details say this woman is NOT the woman Casey accused.

It's unfortunate that ZG/ZFG's name is the same as that Casey gave to LE, but Casey also specifically said that this woman is not the kidnapper.

This ZG was brought in for questioning in a direct response to KC telling LE a ZG had kidnapped Caylee. This action alone was enough to negatively change ZG's life. It doesn't matter if KC said this ZG is not the nanny, the damage had already been done.

Sorry, but that makes no sense to me at all. If Casey was unwilling to identify this particular woman as the kidnapper, why would she even have given the kidnapper's real name to LE? Why not say Caylee was kidnapped by Jane Smith or Mary Jones? The kidnapper would harm the family if Casey identified her picture but not if she gave the kidnapper's real name? :waitasec:

I don't know if Casey was shown any other ZFG pics. I don't know if this specific ZFG drove a silver Ford Focus, but I have heard she did, or at least a silver car. I don't know if this ZFG had NY plates on her car, but I have heard she did. I don't know if the media attempted to question any other ZFGs, but not that I have heard. I don't remember if this specific ZFG took a polygraph or not. I don't know if ZFG's children had the same names as the alleged roommates of Casey's ZFG, but I have heard they did. I don't know if ZFG's bf used the same tattoo parlor as Casey, but I have heard he did.
All this I don't know, and I'm not like most people who have just caught this on the news. I have read every single document released at least once, I have listened to every single interview released, I have studied this case up one side and down the other. While there are a lot of us following this case closely, we are still in the minority.

Hoover said in a transcript of a dep, or interview with LE, whether Cindy or George Anthony told them Caylee might be buried where she was found or otherwise told DC or JH to search that area? I'm still not clear on this issue. And...what portion of DC's interview with LE was made "private" by the court today and why? Thanx.

That "guy's" name was Ronald Goldman, a innocent promising young man butchered and wasted for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I haven't read-up on the OJ case since it's verdict was announced many years ago and I didn't even have to look that up. I remember him, and I still feel for him when I do.

:tsktsk: I think your reference to him is harsh just to prove a point about what you perceive to be a 'frivilous' lawsuit in this case.

I sure did not want to seem harsh.

However, I do remember what he looked like but I am sorry his name just did not "float" to the top of my mind. Once you said his name, yes then I remember him and what he looked like and I too feel sorry for him and his family. I admit it was not the best example but at any rate. I was trying to illustrate that RK or ZFG will not be that memorable to the masses of people in the year of 2028.

Regardless of what we think, ZG has a right to sue. If it was a totally frivolous case it would have been tossed out already by the judge.

IIRC she is suing for a tiny amount. Something like 15,000 grand. That sounds more like someone who is trying to get some answers and clear her name more than someone who is just suing for "the money". She knows Casey doesn't have a dime to her name and that if a judgment is ever awarded, it would never be paid.

Cindy had an obligation to share with LE the names of anyone she thought might be involved in the disappearance of her granddaughter. LE wasn't about to arrest anyone based soley on Cindy's suspicions.

But she didn't think for one minute to mention the father of Caylee? There was no need to eliminate him? But, instead she plays d*mb with the name? Claims there's papers back in her attorney's office with info.? Yada yada yada. I guess AH and JG were more likely suspects. I have to say, though, who knows what goes on in CA's mind. Umm, I did not follow the McCann's closely. I would let my daughter play at their house based what little I do know. ZG won't clean my house.. not because of Casey but she looked tacky to me on her MySpace. I admit I looked at her and several other ZG's and ZF's and ZH's and there were ones that I immediately ruled out because they "looked" ok.
I even thought at one point Kiomarie did it (until the decomp came back in the car).
I even thought Casey sold Caylee in the beginning... The first day I heard I wandered about everyone of her friends. The first time I heard about the real ZG.. I thought.. nah....

I feel more sorry for AD, DS, Lauren and all the friends who keep getting splashed over NG than I do this ZG.

There is no dollar figure at this point. There are two courts where suits are heard, district and circuit. Cases seeking under $15,000 are heard in one, cases seeking over $15,000 are heard in the other. I'm sorry, I can't recall which is which. Someone hoping to win millions of dollars would state that they are suing for an amount over $15,000. It's just to determine which court the case goes to.

IIRC it was Casey who made her name public on the 911 tape and said she dropped her off with a Zenaida/Zanny person at Sawgrass Apartments. Now, if I was a Zenaida person who had looked at apts. there almost exactly when this child went missing, I sure would do a big WHOA!!!!!!!!! Factor into this anyone she knows who may also know this same information. Factor in also that this came from a person who doesn't know what the word "truth" means, I think I might look differently at this woman even though she's not 20 and has children. I'd think, hmmmmmmm...

ETA: I, for one, didn't like the idea of this lawsuit, but I can see why it's been allowed to go forward.

Additionally, the physical description Casey gave of ZG is completely different than this ZG, including her size, weight, and age. Casey's ZG has no children, this ZG has 6.

Casey's ZG and this ZG have almost nothing in common.

Oh, good point. I also would not bring ZG into my home, but not because of anything Casey said. ZG herself, IMO, does not present a wholesome image, except for when she's dressed up in her 'going to court' clothes.
