LOL...seems like she is a liar as well as a poor speller and a brat.

******************No, the Hime family isnt in the Mafia. LOL
That girl, if indeed she is who she claims, was Devons step-sister. I was at the family gathering on Saturday. I met most of the immediate family that I hadnt already. I dont recall seeing her there or her supposed "Hummer or daddys F-650". I think shes a joke.

Trust me, Devons family isnt rich. Never have been. So I think thats enough of that rumor.********

I feel sorry for all the families.
But this was a preventable tragedy. The driver's sister made the below statement. She needs to remember that changing traffic laws has nothing to do with her brothers accident.
He trespassed onto a runway and drove 120 mph and lost control. If he'd done that on the highway, likely more would have been killed. :(
She has dedicated herself to changing traffic laws and educating teens on the dangers of speeding and racing

Blame anyone but her son:

She is critical of the security at Greystone, part of the exclusive Jumbolair community. She said published reports indicated people living there heard noise and commotion on the night of the accident and other times.

"If someone heard something that night, I wish they would have called the police," Valerie said. "All of us would have been better getting our kids out of jail than burying them. They need more security there, and maybe they have it now, but it took the loss of five lives to make it better."

And i wish his father didn't let your son take the keys to a powerful motor car he couldn't handle to kill himself and his friends. :furious:

Did the article mention specifically which laws she was trying to change?

Isn't that normally the case. They never put blame on their out of control kids, so they blame the police or the laws or the kids friends.
It really does make me angry.

Let me check.
I didn't see specifics but read this, again a statement by the sister about her brother.
Some found it easy to condemn and blame Joshua for the accident and judge his 18 years on one night. Published reports indicated he was posting messages on the Internet, seeking advice on how to drive the car faster. He had been issued a number of speeding tickets.
Some critics on Internet sites portrayed Josh in stereotypical fashion as a wealthy, careless boy, partying with buddies.

It certainly seems as though that's the case in these days and it makes me spitting mad! :furious:

So who are the parents of the one young guy going to sue? The parents of the driver or the association that owned the land?

What purpose would it serve to sue someone over this accident? The family of the driver is already trying to get laws changed.

Are they going to sue the association for not locking the gate? The individuals who heard a noise and didn't call police?

I don't get it. Trying to make $$ off their son's death?

IMO, their son was in part responsible for what happened that night. He was a participant by being in the car.

It was an ACCIDENT.

Maybe they'll sue John Travolta for living in the vicinity.
