How can I upload a small word doc with list?

I have a small list in a word document that I would like to upload so that posters can read and edit it.

Is it even possible to upload?

Can I type up in a word document and then cut and paste to the forum. If i can, do i need to use a particular Font and font size. I see its limited to certain file sizes. Do you know how many characters it allows as my first report will be long.

Hi, I got a message saying i had not agreed an extension for the file. Does this mean it just needs cutting down?
