Clandestine messages btwn the perp,via lawyer and family via letters. Gut feeling that this family knew Caylee was dead late Oct to mid November. As evidenced by George snooping around wooded areas, Cindy claiming he was just checking out places to set up a tent or whatever.....The pressers with MB, one in which Cindy was about to vomit and had to sit down. The body language LK show....etc,etc etc
The grandparents could not afford to be seen snooping around anywhere anymore..here, I think, is where the PIs came in handy...
KC told them Caylee was deceased. The tricky part came trying to tell them through letters or code where exactly she disposed of the body. She couldn't draw a map, for them....too risky
So, yeah ...I think they knew...

I saw a clip of that video yesterday and I was wondering where it came from(the presser where Cindy got sick). Do you have any links to that video, I would like to see the whole thing. Thanks in advance!

Well I don't think CA can keep LP out of the public one, I am sure this will be held outside somewhere..too many people for a building. When it's Public that means Public Right..There you go with CA having to try to control things..right to the end..very sad.:furious:

I voted JB told him to look there. I know that JB has been working for 3 years now (don't know where I heard that) and I think that he was thinking aloud to DC and said something that was privaleged? IMO Look at how bad he wanted to be there when DC was questioned. I just hope that DC told the truth!!

The fact that PI Dominic was seen in the video going after black plastic bags (digging, probing, slitting them open), and because I believe Caylee was found in a black plastic bag (or two black bags), I believe information that specific had to come directly from Casey.

I don't think she had any viable means of conveying the info directly to PI Dominic, nor do I think she would (she didn't know him well enough to trust), so I believe she had to tell someone who gave the info to PI Dominic. The logical people would be Baez, or Cindy, George, or Lee (via a letter). Of these 4, I think the 2 most likely she would tell would be Lee or Baez, with Lee being my first choice. Therefore, I voted for Alternate Theories.

I really think someone in the family had knowledge of this and it could only come from some sort of code that KC released. There were ample opportunities for KC to do this such as the alone time KC had with CA in the car, and the alone time she had with Lee in the bedroom prior to LE arriving.

We know that KC said LE would not listen and we have CA claiming that but I think KC heard CA say that and jumped on it rather than point out that 'no one would listen to her'. The first person that wouldn't listen to her was CA. In the height of confusion and desperation I think it makes sense that CA didn't listen to what KC was telling her in the car and it might not have made sense, so CA blocked it out. When she couldn't get an answer she liked, she called in Lee. By the time Lee and KC talked KC knew her life as she knew it was over. She might have babbled to Lee and kidnapped was a word they could all hang on to buy time. It seems to me that thru out this entire tragedy the Anthonys have done nothing but buy time.

People may be putting too much significance on the bag color. It's starting to sound like he was told the bag was black and was cutting open black bags because of that. But that may not be true. He may not have been told a color. It may also be that black bags were the only color he came across during his search. Shaeffer didn't say that DC walked right past bags of other colors and only looked inside black bags.

It's a subtle point I'm trying to make. DC may not have been told that Caylee was in a black bag.

In one jail house chat LA tells KC how to get private info to them them via Att client privilege. LA tells her she can give a letter to JB and no one can read it but them. I believe she told them sometime in early November Caylee was in the woods, but the woods are thick and neither they nor their PI could find the exact spot.

This is also about the time that they stopped coming to visit her... Which for me, speaks loudly that they came to understand KC was the killer, even though they were happy to loudly profess Caylee was alive and even say they had proof. I believe they knew this was not true, and I am hoping they get what's comming to them.

Payback for his BP memorial..Who can ever forget her going ballistic on him the day before..He's also thrown her son Lee under the bus a lot on NG..He's the baby's daddy & more recently the tip probably came from Lee..Pick one, pick all?

I actually think that JH came to the conclusion that spot would be a good place to look based on AL's statement that he was there when Casey ran out of gas. I don't think that had much to do with DC's search other than reinforce whatever information DC got from the person who told him about black garbage bags and three rocks.

That is why the Anthony's had the house swept for listining bugs.
Maybe even LP had his own, with tech know how today you can sit down the street without even planting a bug and listen in. CIA/ FBI do it all the time

On one of the shows covering this case, JVM, NG, HLN, etc, can't remember which one, may have been Kathi Belich on one of these shows, but I believe it was after her interview with Hoover that the info came from the GRANDPARENTS to Dominic Casey. This caught me off-guard because I thought it would have been Lee that told them the info. I am trying to figure how when/how the grandparents received the info. I don't believe KC would EVER confess to JB, I think he would tell her NOT to tell him anything so he can "defend" her better.

I think that it had to do with the tip to TES on November 8th. Apparently there was tip that KC car was spotted parked at the discovery site.

I know it is early in the morning on the west coast, but that article is the must confusing sentence structure I have ever seen. I also know that I am not always clear in my sentence structure, but I don't write for a newspaper. Where and when did this tip come in about her car being parked there. I thought that tip was about the airport area?? I guess I should wait for the book. Then someone else will have figured out the "daisy chain" of evidence.

IMO, alittle bit of all. I think people did figure out all the clues that kc gave la, neighbors talk......daisy chain. But in my heart I do believe that kc told JB some
'accident,panic story' then he told PI's to go 'look' but don't fine. IIRC, JB told everyone 'it would not be in kc favor to have CAYLEE found'...........IMO, JB KNEW!

Maybe the PI's met the G family that lives on the corner of Hopespring & Suburban AND their lady neighbor, Z and decided to search behind those backyards......
