How do I find an old case

Im looking for an old case, around 1970. Columbia, PA.
Lancaster County Court
His name was Jackie O'Brien (maybe Jack,John)
He was in his late teens and kidnapped, raped, murdered and cut up a 4 yr old little girl. I was childhood friends with his little brother.
If I remember right, he was sentenced to 25 yrs but was released on weekends very early in his sentence.
I searched google and painfully completed the 50 post chore :rocker:
If there is any public info on this case, I would be interested in reading about the outcome.
