How Much Longer Will Casey Have Freedom?

NOt so much wondering how long before shes rearrested but more - WHAT'S going to happen now that shes out AGAIN........

I would like to think she'll be rearrested before she hits the sidewalk, but I doubt that will happen.

I think LE is holding off,hoping the body will be found.

With or without the body, I believe she will eventually be charged with the murder of Caylee.:behindbar

We think so much alike, it's almost scary. LOL! Just kidding. I also voted within the month. I also think LE is working on building a solid case. Remember how long it took LE to file charges against Scott Peterson? Bottom line, when they did, they had the goods on him.

Forgive my confusion, but why is she out? I have been searching for rock solid confirmation that it was indeed Caylee's deceased body found in the trunk. The grandparents say "hocus pocus" right?

Rebecca, they are still building there case. They have time and want to make sure they have an air-tight case. It takes time. She most likely will be charged within a month.

It is in their best interest to take their time. The longer this goes on...the more it will be detrimental for Casey. Her silence and refusal to give up Caylee's body location is actually great circumstantial evidence. LE can testify to how uncooperative she has been and what outlandish lies she told them.

As Mark Furhman says. Casey has a lot of explaining to do. Why is there human decomposition in her car? Why is there a high content of chloroform in her car? Why did she never report her child missing? Where is her daughter?

They will try her......imo, no doubt and it will be for 1st Degree Murder.

So hopefully it will happen in a few weeks or a month.

I wish it would be done instantly but I don't think it will be. I also think that Casey's refusal to give the location of the body up will convince a jury that there has to be a sinister reason for that and it is because she did murder this child and this was no accident. Imo, the accident just wont be bought by a reasonable jury.

They have to gather all the circumstantial evidence that they can to convince the jury that not only that Caylee is dead but it was an act of murder.

They are taking their time to build their case.

I did see bodyguards with her this AM? I thought they were provided by the bailbondsmen? are they the same people that worked with LP?

IMHO every breath she takes of freash air, outside the stale air of a jail cell is to long. I hope she is rearrested soon even if it is for petty theft charges. I am confedient that LE will not arrest her on murder charges untill they have all there edvience , so they can nail her too a wall.

I think she will be rearrested within the week. Maybe on just some small charges and maybe she will get out again, but I think LE is going to keep on reeling her in.

When you post bond you don't get the 10% back, and eventually people are going to get sick of losing $50K a pop just to get her out for a week. That's a lot of money that could go to attorney's fees and No Trespassing signs.

I know that a lot of you have already offered prayers but I am asking that everyone pray a little harder this weekend that we find Caylee. If we could just find her, she will have the dignified burial she's been denied so far by her mother. All of us, LE and TES will have accomplished the one and only goal in this case......to bring her home. From there, Casey will have her day in court and I would strongly suggest that if C & G are reading this, they had best encourage their daughter to tell the truth and nothing but!
