Somebody needs to put up nothing as an answer. I'd pay a dollar for it and then sell it on eBay.
I would not pay anything for anyone's hair, even my favorite musicians.
:floorlaugh:
This is exactly what I'd do. I honestly could not get excited about owning someone's hair, no matter how famous that person was.
Although, clearly there are some die hard fans out there who feel the need to own this kind of 'memorabilia'.
Wowzers, I can't believe how much it went for. Ewwww.
I did have a giggle that they had noted the hair was washed and clean.![]()
On eBay, I paid about $40 for a (an alleged) cinder from the 1666 Great Fire of London once. Came in an old wooden shadow box. Info about it, pasted in it, was from the 1840s. It had been a family heirloom.
This is a lock of hair encased in something I would pay very much for, if I had very much to pay:

Gosh, after looking at the poll, I note that Mick can't be getting much satisfaction (sorry again) for these offers for his locks.
It's been mooted that Mick isn't "getting any" there, so to speak, is because his girl, who tells him...I can't get no, oh, no, no, no, hey, hey, hey
That's what I say
I can't get no satisfaction, I can't get girl reaction
'Cause I try and I try and I try and I try
I can't get no, I can't get no...
