How often do Serial Hitmen escape the law till death by natural cause?

I have never heard of a serial hitmen that escape the law till they died a natural death. Is it true most crime bosses and hitmen will be arrested or killed?

I can’t recall otherwise. If Bindy Johal’s hitmen, “The Elite” stopped killing people they may never be caught but so far that has never happened.

What about Mexico, Japan, India, Middle East, U.S. are there hitmen on the run?
