She did file a report and an investigation was conducted at that time clearing the officer of the allegations. I am attempting to track down this report and subsequently, the name of the officer in question.

QNA - how do you now she filed a report? The news article sure made it sound like this was not investigated until now. Not that the media couldn't be wrong. If there was an actual report filed, then I might back off my opinion and jump on the fence on this one.
