'He's kind of a hero' says the son-in-law of disabled 89-year-old Jo-Ann Adams, who was rescued from her home by a neighbor, before firefighters could arrive.

You can say that again.

The blaze was ferocious and the house was a total write-off. Son-in-law didn't think his mom-in-law could have survived. The neighbor, in Auburn, Washington, didn't want to be identified. That's just fine by us Sir, we already know your name; Hero and Gentleman. Thank You!

Really worried about that lady losing her home at her age though. :( Hope she finds another quickly, that makes her happy.
