I had a feeling that would happen sooner or later. If you've ever watched the show, Hulk and Linda don't interact the way they did when the show first started.( Earlier this year it was reported on TMZ that they were in counseling.)

According to the document, Linda Marie Bollea (Linda's married name) filed for divorce on Tuesday, November 20 against Terry Gene Bollea (the Hulk's legal name).

I actually feel the Bolea's now fit into the catagory of "ENABLEERS"

My son would be sitting in jail. I wouldn't be in any hurry to bail his irresonsible but out. Or putting him right back behind the wheels of a car.

My son wouldn't of been driving after all the other speeding warnings. It was obvious, if not stopped he was going to kill someone.

He almost did. Theyve moved John to the VA Hospital, Bay pines....not looking good. He has moved a little, but might be long term care.

I can see ONE speeding ticket at age 17 in a boy but he had alot more, parents just didnt DO anything. No punishment, nothing it seems. I wonder if Nick goes and sees him in the Hospital??

According to an article on msn.com Hulk didn't even know she filed until a reporter asked him about it. He said she had been in LA for three weeks, evidently with their daughter.

• A receipt from Albertson's Liquor Store at 2:14 p.m. on the day of the accident for $78 of beer and ice. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, bought the beer and was accompanied by his son and several other young men.
• Jacobs told police that he and Nick Bollea often "get on it," which means they drive fast between traffic lights. He also said he is employed by Bollea's mother, Linda Bollea, as her business manager.
• Jacobs didn't consent to having his blood drawn by police because he was afraid the test results would show marijuana in his system.

IF my husband bought my minor child alcohol I'd be super pissed, especially if the end result was this accident. I hope Hulk just bought that for himself.

Although the blood test results indicate Nick got alcohol from someone...

TMZ caught the Hulk today, and he was all smiles -- looking as if he weren't splitting with his wife, and as if his son's recent car accident didn't leave his friend in a coma!

Hogan rolled up to the Sony lot today to start filming "American Gladiators," and gave a shout-out to the writers picketing outside the gates.

I was taking my daughter to school this morning and was listening to a local radio show. On their "Showbiz Top 5" they were saying that the divorce is really to protect their money from a law suit, not because they are not together anymore. I am not sure where they got the story, but here is the quote and I will post a link to the site.

"John Graziano's family says this whole deal with Hulk and Linda Hogan getting a divorce is a big hoax. John was the passenger in the car when Nick Hohan got into that huge car accident. He remains in the hospital with brain damage. But an attorney for the Graziano family says the Hogan divorce is just a ploy to protect their assets. Kimberley Kohn says if Linda gets half of everything, that would also cut Hulk's assets in half. If the car involved in the accident is not registered to both Linda AND Hulk, it would be difficult to go after her. So, they would have to go after Hulk, who would be left with less money. The Graziano family is planning to file a civil suit against the Hogans early next year."

I think a good punishment for little Nick would be to have to go around and give speeches to HS students about the dangers of STREET RACING, which is quoted on 911 tapes by TWO different callers. (saw the crash)
Are they THAT worried about material things? They should just be glad their kid isnt laying in a Hosp still adter all these months and no end in sight.
I hope the Graziano family wins their case and they dont have to worry about THE care of their son.

Nick's car was registered to him and his father, therefore his father is liable for any damages if sued.

Hence the divorce, what a sneaky way to get rid of those pesky assets.
