Regardless of your view on transgender, there is something seriously wrong with this person. He/She has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on plastic surgery to look like Ken, and then all of a sudden decides to be Barbie. I think He/She needs some serious therapy to find out why they want to be a toy instead of getting more surgery.
