I am not going to let the pictures stand at this time. Sorry you guys, but these pictures are not relevant to the case and these are innocent people that went out of their way to remove the pictures.

If a news organization can actually post photos of the group (see link below), then why is it an issue to have just a link to photos of the group? Seems strange to me.

Dolly he has 2 older 1/2 sisters to his mothers 1st marriage.
He is from 2nd marriage and mother had 2 more marriages.

He actually has two sets of 1/2 sisters.

Before his father married his mother he had 2 daughters with his first wife (whom he remarried after he and JAG's mom were divorced.)

So two half sisters from his dad's first marriage and two half sisters from his mom's first marriage.

He stated he was closer with the half sisters from his mother's first marriage than with the ones from his dad's first marriage.

It's apparent that the ripple effect of all of these choices...the HHH(H?) stuff included...is impacting the way others are viewing JAG's mom, at least. And when the HHH stuff becomes increasing publicized here, I'm sure that's only going to escalate.

Aside from the intial anger and the garage door thing well over a week ago now, all of it seems to be combining and impacting her at work.

I worked in a professional environment as a highly respected high level manager for decades, starting when I was relatively young, and even I knew the effect of my personal life decisions on my professional career. If I was involved in a group such as the Humpin' HHH in my free time that would be my choice HOWEVER I would have been wise enough NOT to allow pictures of me participating in such activities to be posted all over the internet. Further, IMO she made some very bad decisions regarding her son and now she is going to have to forge ahead and get through it; people are angry (and rightfully so!) Hopefully she has a support group of family and friends to help her. I think it is a good thing that her actions at work are closely monitored going forward. If she is a professional who has earned her title and position then she can prove herself again to her co-workers and her superiors. If she does the right thing during her son's trial she will gain back some of the respect she has lost throughout the community and in her place of employment. The good news is, her son will be in jail for the rest of his life so she can't continue to put her community in danger any further.

I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the severity of what JAG may have been exposed to since I have been unable to actually see the photos. The photos that I have seen are more of a juvenile/fraternity/drunken party nature and aren't something that I get overly concerned about. I know there are other photos that are apparently horrible (??) but without seeing them it is hard to make an informed judgement on the situation. What is "horrible" to one person might not be considered "horrible" to another.

I'm not asking that the photos be posted. I understand why they can't be posted here. I'm mostly just expressing my frustration at not being able to have a clear picture of this case. Ya know?

sexual fun and drinking started along time ago ,IMO.
It has been noted that 2 step fathers were alcoholics, sorry didn't save the link.
1 step father was awsome Jag said......probably the one that got him to graduate.

Yes! That is what I was trying to state in my post but was having trouble doing so. IMO there was probably a long history of such when he was growing up.

The portion about the alcoholics in his family and him getting along with his stepfather was in the report released by the court on his 2000 conviction (page 8.)

Even channel ten said they couldn't post some of the pics they came across. I guess blurring out suggestive images only goes so far with the FCC. What does that tell you?

I haven't seen the raunchier pics. And I don't need to either. Because even with the milder pics we have seen, should a parent be exposing their SO son to that? Especially a parent who knows son's past and who's profession is to deal with situations such as this? I would say the answer would be a big Nooooooooo.

We had to blur the pictures when we showed them on television because of the nudity and nature of the photos. There were even a few we couldn't show.

That is ridiculous- the analogy of a child acting out-- he is an adult. Who broke the law. His parents are not breaking the law and truthfully it sounds like the Pix from HHH are getting blown out of proportion.

I think you missed my point here. People of good conscience and character don't offer a recovering alcoholic an alcoholic beverage. Likewise, you don't purposely place a RSO in a highly sexual environment.

Those who've viewed the pictures of the HH group to any extent, know they feature both male and female nudity. No news organization could publish them without using a blurred disc. I don't think any here who've seen them would say that these pictures have been blown out of proportion.

The pictures and the activities of the HH group are relevant to this case, because of the fact that an RSO was exposed to their highly sexualized activities. This RSO has now murdered at least one young girl, and his exposure to this group is likely to be seen as a contributing factor.

Usually, we look only at the person who committed the crime and realize it was only them that made the decision to rape and murder. However, we are not stupid people, and many of us have to conclude after seeing the heavy emphasis of a sexual nature throughout the family of Gardner that it may have contributed to his crimes.

I, too, question after seeing just some of the allowable photos, what else had been going on in Gardner's family household throughout his childhood. They knew he was a Violent Registered Sex Offender. Both parents in the house were very active in this group, and the stepdad is the leader. Where's the guidance and example the parents are suppose to set. IMO, it wasn't just denial, it was some kind of selfish need of the parents to promote this type of lifestyle to their RSO son.

Had they gotten around to teaching the family dog to talk yet? Might be a good source of information if they have.

I once lived with a woman who had a bunch of books on witchcraft. She kept them in a special place, and one day while she was gone I was reading one of them. In it there were recipes using the rendered fat of children and their bones. When she came home and found me reading it, she exploded in rage. I still have scars from what happened next. She found a new apartment the next day.

There's a lot of strange stuff out there, and people become involved in them at varying levels.

Will there be any kind of background check before I can join? Can I bring a guest to the events like my ex con bf that was falsely accused of some murders and stuff? Will I be safe running with the group?

I know through information I was able to view on the site before it was removed or blocked that JAG's step father has been a member since 2000 (possibly November of 2000.) I am not sure about the family portion of your question. There were a few pictures that may have contained another family member (NOT in the pictures that were x-rated.)

She's in photos dating back to 2002. Her pictures have been obscured but not removed from the site. Interestingly, the photos of JAG have still not been obscured.

A related website that was blocked from public access yesterday listed both adult residents of the home as officers of the club. The cache is still available on Google.

I was able to figure out the password to the photo site from the Hash House Harriers entry on Wikipedia.

I am acquainted with some members of the group (friends of friends) and was not aware of the sexual overtones of the HHH. What I previously knew of the group was that they typically drink before, during and after runs. They set up tables on many race courses in the area and serve beer and/or tequila to runners during the race.

I just don't get this. How much running can you actually do when you're drinking? This just would not work for me!

As a mom, grandma etc.......I just can't see me letting my children see me drunk and doing anything sexual.
Tipsy after my couple of drinks, sure; but flirting with other men, lifting my
shirt up, watching others drunk and disgusting things happening around them.

From what I read, the party starts after they are done running.
