i think the model in the study was a head in crash of a storm as opposed to coming up from south but I remember there Bay stuff and would think that would still be a huge part here - water goes where it is told to go

People are accountable for themselves....I know what you mean.
My folks live on the GA/FL line staring at cat3 on the way. They have no plan and live in a house built in 1961. They are going to church in the morning and will talk about it then...wow.
Nothing I can do other than texting them warnings and models every 3 hours.
I guess you have to live through one to respect it.
