This is absolutely horrific - Irma won't let up. I can't imagine what Floridians are going through.

Not sure if this was posted earlier, but two police officers were killed during this hurricane.

I feel like an idiot responding to my own post, but I don't know how to link about these police officers.

how is everyone else doing

dont do cell so had to do this beig oredeal where I email d phone numbers to some people I dont know them

Hey Cariis. Wind is strong near Ocala, but nothing to make me really afraid. Kitty is in the window watching in horror as water comes down.

It is very noisy. We've near 6" of rain. Power has been steady, but just now flickered.

I will probably sleep, knowing DH will be vigilant. Long-term relationships, you take turns being weak. :loveyou:

Here's a happier story:

6:10 p.m.Lauren Durham and Michael Davis had big plans for a beach wedding this month. Hurricane Irma had bigger plans.
So instead of a poofy white dress, Durham got married in her Air National Guard fatigues, with no makeup, in a vast hangar filled with rescue vehicles in Orlando. Davis is a senior airman in the guard, like his bride, so they had called to say they'd miss their own wedding.

I can't tell you what to do - but please stay off of your balcony. Go "hunker" down - have your beer like you wanted to and
be safe. It's critical. Nothing to see out there. You have to be safe.
