Husband gets Gilmore's assets

The husband of Ali Gilmore, the 30-year-old pregnant woman who disappeared last year, was given control of her assets in a Thursday-morning hearing in Leon County Circuit Court, according to family members.
Ali Gilmore's family said they don't want James Gilmore to receive her assets and plan to appeal the decision.

Okay, so does this mean he has been cleared? If not how could they turn her assets over to him and give him just want he wanted?

It may be that he's a POI, but there isn't enough evidence to charge anyone. There has been nothing new in the local papers here about the investigation.
