The NamUs image is a recon, you can tell it's been touched up to smooth it and they've probably used stock images to combine create a likeness. I think it's a very close likeness to your possible and worth submitting.

Would this person even be out in public, though? Is he still in the prison system? If found guilty, he surely would still be inside after only seven years from arrest.

He does look very similar to the reconstruction. Did he not go to prison for the murder? Also, wouldn't his fingerprints be in the system from being arrested?

He may be a close relative. He looks very similar to the unidentified man. But re-looking over the image there's a lot of signs it's likely not him -just very close. I got ahead of myself and need to do more research.

I tried to look this up but I was able to find anything on the outcome of his arrest.

Thank you, @GatorFL ! I can't search any of that stuff because most of those sites are region locked, and I'm in Australia. I was hoping someone who had access would be able to tell!
