I think we need to thank...TES and all the searchers

  • #21
A hug and a Merry Christmas to the mods, the meter reader, LE, TM ,LP and all the searchers who cared enough to look. Another hug to all the sleuthers here who devoted countless weeks and months trying to help Caylee. Thank you to those who made us laugh when we wanted to cry. May you all have a blessed new year 2009.

Well said.

Ditto! :blowkiss:

Well I dont know whether to thank the meter reader individually on this thread or the "meter reader" thread so I was seeing if someone else was going to make a new thread and thank him as an indivdual or send him a special note of thanks from all of us- My original thoughts were to thank the people JUST on this forum for searching -like a family thing as there was already a thread thanking TES- so I wanted to keep the forum people separate and the thread just happened to grow from there which wasnt my intentions - this is why I told the mods to merge it to take some of the slack up- Also there already is a thread thanking the meter man- from day one when he found her- Anyway my intentions for the thread like I said were intended for the forum people who searched- I thought they deserved a special thank you in their own thread. Anyway- I tried. Happy Holidays to all

Happy Holidays to you too, and to all who searched and especially to Tim Miller.

Those of us who searched appreciate your thanks but we all know you all would have searched too if you were close enough or able to. Everyone helped in their own way. The posts here gave us ideas and narrowed down areas to look.

The donations of food and drink at TES searches were so appreciated you will never know how much! Personally, every time I searched all I could think was how I couldn't let you all down, had to look hard, had to look for tiny details, can't let Caylee down...

You all as well as Caylee provided MY motivation! Very frustrating not being able to get into some areas for various reasons but in the end, she was found and that's what counts.

I was/am proud to be a WSer and to have been able to be a part of a little girl's memory.

My sincere thanks go to TM, TES, and especially to all of the many Volunteer searchers and those who made donations.

I know it is Christmas but those kind of words make my blood boil. Because Tim pulled out is WHY Caylee could be found. A searcher out with TES sunk an ATV, the water and mud were horrible. Tim made a statement if he kept putting machines & horses in there they could trample her body, destroy evidence or push her further under. His decision was a wise one. I assure you, having met and searched with Tim, it does not bother him HE did not find her, what is important to Tim is that she is found. He could care less about getting any credit. He wears his heart on his sleeve & takes the search very personally. I can tell you this search took its toll on him.
Am I grateful to the man who found Caylee, YES as that was the goal of everyone. Having been on a search in NC, I can tell you it is hard. You are tired, hungry, dirty, scratched & just beat up. I could not be there for the Caylee search but did send in money & donate water, food. For me, I could never donate enough to TES. The need is huge & I take comfort in knowing they are there for everyone who has a loved one missing. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SEARCHED, DONATED, PRAYED AND KEPT CAYLEE S STORY OUT THERE. YOU are so appreciated.
Have a very blessed New year.

Joining that search party on November 9 was the most life changing experience. So glad I can say I was a part of it.

I was also one of the searchers for Caylee Nov. 8. My heart will never be the same. I hope I can always have the memories of the search. I want to Say Thank you to Murt, who kept Caylees voice out there wherever Murt went he let Caylees voice be heard.Today he is still letting Caylees voice be heard, so that justice will be served and not forgotten .Murt is a true Hero, a friend to all.Tim Miller is also a Hero to the lost and made the search for Caylee possible. All of you that sent prayers and food are hero's. But Most of all, I Thank God, for shinning the light for Caylee to be found.
