I havent yet but ive been building the case for six years or so by this point. I didnt want to send false information in so I took my time. Last time I released any info I was mocked openly on the internet and they made it a joke so that killed my spirit. But after several years trying to prove myself wrong I simply cannot. All times ive had everything cross examined by other people they came back with the same result slightly below 99% probability that he is the Zodiac Killer. He says this is the Zodiac speaking which tell you his identity if you use it as a partial key in z13 and the dudes name clearly spells Zodiac so Remove the letter and reminding letter are a perfect match that meet all cryptographic constraints. Also his son posted a cypher on Twitter and it stated this is the Zodiac speaking and when casebreakers was paid to lie about arthur Lee Allen before his identity had been made public and the headlines read "zodiac killer identity solved" Ted posted on Twitter "uh oh"
