I think they will find out soon if they are searching his phone records.

Now he can say he drunk after leaving because he was distraught while pretending he was sober at the time.

But imo he will be found not guilty of dui manslaughter due to no real proof.

If he rendered help supposedly and called 911; Then how much help did he render if he was gone by the time LE arrived?

Did the ambulance get there before LE?

He told an operator through labored breathing: 'I just ran in to a guy in a tractor.'
After admitting that he did not know how to perform CPR, he asked others there: 'Does anyone know CPR?'
It was initially unclear whether or not he was alone at the time of the crash.
As they waited for police and an ambulance, Soules checked Mosher's pulse. He remarked that it didn't look as though Mosher was breathing.
'I can't tell, he doesn't appear to be,' he said when asked. Later, he said: 'I feel like he's got a pulse.'
Soules ended the call abruptly, telling the operator: 'Can I call you back real quick?'

So HE ended the call with the 911 operator? Why would Chris end the call if he thought Mr Mosher wasn't breathing but he thought he felt a pulse?? The operator could have walked him through CPR!

It's touchy. Has been for me. If I refresh the page a few times it starts working again? Thought it was only me.

A couple other users in a couple other thread I am following mentioned it being an issue yesterday or the day before. I am usually on Tapatalk, but was on my laptop this afternoon, and space bar wouldn't work!

It happens sometimes. You can fix it by going to the top left of the reply box and clicking on them double A/A box at the far left. Then scroll back down to below the quote where you want to write. Fixed.

It happens to me on my phone as well. But I posted the fix right above!

I've been examining Ariel and street views of the crash site. IMHO it does not make sense that CS just ran up behind this tractor as it was driving down the road and ran into it. It's not hilly where this occurred. It would not surprise me if we find out that the Tractor may have pulled out in front of CS as he was approaching a planting field. It has been stated in MSM and evidenced from the Actual Crash site photos at the bottom of this post (also edited by me to include reference points in red) that there are skid marks indicating that CS tried to stop before impact.

Not that I am excusing any behaviors or actions taken after just wondering.

I bet that behavior will change in New Orleans after that horrific accident that occurred durning Mardi Gras.
Changing that is not even a blip on the radar. It doesn't even seem weird to drive thru and get alcohol here. They will probably close parade routes, as a response to mardi gras crash.

He did do cpr. ... listen to the 911 call. To me, it was a very different story than the media was reporting. It's on the tmz article.

I have listened to the 911 call. Being an RN I can say that it took FAR to long for the 911 operator to start with instructions for CPR. In fact, I never heard any instructions. But that's just my personal critique :blushing: . I don't understand why Chris ended the call with 911 though.

This actually makes a lot of sense. The model of tractor he was on does not have front head lights and only has 2 blinking lights viewable from the back. So if the tractor was turning onto the road, it is quite possible that Chris did not see him.

I agree! You don't wait minutes to start it!

ETA I think he ended the call for the person in the red truck!

[h=1]Lawyers ask public not to 'prejudge' former 'Bachelor' Chris Soules[/h]
"Chris Soules' legal team is speaking out, and asking the public not to "prejudge" the former Bachelor until they know all the facts.
Lawyer Brandon Brown "asked that members of the public do not prejudge this case based on media coverage" in a statement released Thursday, adding: "Soules’ 911 call, released yesterday, proved that the initial knee-jerk coverage of this accident was incorrect."

Remembering Kenny Mosher: 'He was what all good Christian farmers should be'

AURORA, Ia. — Almost immediately after something out of the ordinary occurs in Aurora, a tacit, unwritten phone tree kicks into gear. Neighbors call neighbors and friends text friends to ensure everyone’s well-being and begin the process of separating rumor from fact.

At just after 8 p.m. Monday night, the calls started in force in Aurora, but information trickled in like a slow drip from a leaky faucet. Something had happened on Slater Avenue. A crash. A tractor was involved. Someone died. Chris Soules, the former “Bachelor,” was driving the other vehicle. He left the scene. He’s been arrested.

The town didn’t find out that one of their own — Kenneth Mosher, 66 — died in the tractor-truck crash until the next day. And the shock of a generally healthy man lost so suddenly was almost palpable, townspeople said. Barely enough time went by for them to process what had happened before national entertainment media began descending on the town of about 185 in rural northeast Iowa.

[h=1]EXCLUSIVE: Chris Soules Still Well Liked by Locals Amid Fatal Car Crash: 'He's a Good Guy'[/h]The aftermath of Chris Soules' car crash continues.
The former Bachelor's rep released a new statement on Thursday, explaining that the 35-year-old hired three high-powered Des Moines, Iowa attorneys as police continue to investigate the reality star.

.....................

Despite the incident, local residents are keeping an open mind and still think Soules is a "good guy," explaining that car accidents like the one he was involved in are not uncommon in farm towns in and around Aurora, Iowa. "We all treat him the same, just like everyone else," one resident tells ET, adding that Soules has recently been remodeling his home, and spending time in haunts like Rod & Cal’s Pub & Grub.
