The Davenport Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing 61-year-old man.

Chris Atkinson is described as 5-feet, 6-inches tall, 170 pounds, balding, with blue eyes.

Atkinson was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt in the area of 800 E. Rusholme Street.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Chris Atkinson should call 911.

Chris Atkinson, age 61, was reported missing by St. Mary Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, September 28th, according to the Davenport Police Department. That rehab center is located at East Rusholme Street and Arlington Avenue.

UPDATE:Chris Atkinson has been located and returned home unharmed/uninjured. An alert passer-by spotted Atkinson walking north on U.S. 61 toward DeWitt over the weekend, Davenport police said in a news release.
