The Clarinda Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating Cynthia Karen Miles who was last observed in Clarinda on the evening of Thursday, November 11th at shortly before 10:00 p.m.

Cynthia is 64 years old, 5’9”. 170 lbs., blue eyes with shoulder length gray hair. Cynthia does not have a vehicle. Cynthia walked away from a local shelter. If you see Cynthia, please call the 24 hour dispatch center at 712-542-1419.

It would help if they said what kind of a shelter it is. A homeless shelter, a cold weather shelter, a DV shelter?
