Still waiting for any info.
BSBM - This is a report on the Chili Cook-Off/Bake Sale/Raffle fundraiser held yesterday. There's a video on site which my PC won't stream, but I could see enough to tell there were pale pink table cloths!

EVANSDALE (KWWL) - <snipped> ...a benefit dinner took place in Evansdale to raise money for the families of the missing girls.
The chili cook off in Evansdale Sunday afternoon brought more than 100 people. Proceeds will go to the families of the girls.
During the benefit, a check of just less than $3000 was presented to Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers. It's from proceeds from a previous event that will go to a new reward fund established recently. <snipped>
The Collins' say they plan to use the money raised Sunday [$2,000.] to help pay for upcoming vigils and events that keep the search for the girls in the public eye.
What a wonderful community to do this for these girls. I hope these babies are sound safe and sound. I want these little sweeties to wake up Christmas morning, from their nice warm cozy beds and be super excited to see what Santa brought them! These little girls are always on my mind, heart and thoughts. Let's bring these baby girls home for Christmas, what a wonderful gift that would be for their parents!! :great::christmastree:
So good to check back in and see your reply here, StormyNights.
BBM - And, yes,yes,yes... "what a wonderful community" indeed! (I had actually meant to comment on that in my post, for I have been humbled by the ongoing and generous support this community has shown to our little girls and their families.)
This is an OLD LINK I came across while googling for previous fundraising events, trying to find out what event it was that raised the almost $3,000. which was given to Crimestoppers on Sunday.
I failed in my search and am only posting the link below because it happened to be new info to me and so perhaps others missed it.

WATERLOO (KWWL) - As the search continues for cousins Lyric Cook and Elizabeth Collins, a can and bottle drive held at the National Cattle Congress grounds raised awareness and money for the Missing and Exploited Children's Foundation. <snipped>
The drive collected over 65 bags of cans and bottles valued to be worth between $500-700. All proceeds from the cans and bottles will be sent directly to the Missing and Exploited Children's Foundation.
Wondering if the perp ever checks out this thread on WS.

Interesting question, dotr. My answer is: yes (what do you & others think?)
IMO, "he, she, it" wouldn't be able to resist coming here. Subject perv, IMHO, is probably amused at how many of our theories are wrong and dumb enough to believe that this board is a reflection of what LE knows. ROFLOL
I mean seriously... as though LE would give this board inside info that isn't released to the media!!! :floorlaugh:
IMHO, this perv, spends lots of time "looking over his shoulder" (including reading here) which is wasted time, because it's when he leasts expects it that a swat team will be waiting 200 Ft. from his door... silent and invisible.
