A funny thing about the psychic reference..a link was posted here, maybe yesterday, and one of the comments on the psychic blog at that link was that a person "saw" green and yellow and thought it represented something to do with John Deere...then here comes that FB comment about the JD employee..Go figure MOM

From what i can see the person that posted on FB about that does live there and both her and her hubby look like non druggies . So i am believing this rumor.

I searched this discussion to find the first reference to the swerving man and actually came to a comment posted by you on the thread #1 where you referenced that the man saw one or two bikes ... you referenced the facebook page.

I just did a search of the first thread for all of my posts with the word bike in it and this is what I said in response to someone else mentioning the man seeing two bikes:

I just don't recall it ever being one bike. But I do know it feels like I have been on this case for way longer than 2 weeks.

I KNEW IT! This is the only person who has been placed in jail during this entire 2 week period. I knew that there was a reason he was being held beyond whatever lame excuse they gave!

What we don't know is whether the family has received any threats in the past. why did DM and Mystic live seperately and get together now if the past domestic-assault is not very serious. why did the family freak out earlier that week when LM went missing for a short-time. (were they living separately to tell others (drug-gangsters) that he and his kids are not together anymore and so they shouldn't be harmed)

Why do you think the domestic-assault was not very serious? They were living separately because they were under a no-contact order because of the abuse. Most people call them restraining orders or Protection from Abuse orders.

Morrissey's most recent legal troubles began last July, when court records show he was pulled over in Waterloo and found to be in possession of baggies of methamphetamine and marijuana. The next month, he was arrested and charged with domestic abuse after police said he threw Misty Morrissey to the ground, smashed her face into the floor, put his knee over her neck so she could barely breathe, and broke her finger.

Morrissey was ordered to have no-contact with his wife, but that order was modified last week to allow the two to appear together "in connection with the ongoing investigation concerning their daughter" while police are also present.

In October, officers found Morrissey hiding in the porch of a vacant house and found additional drugs, including an "8-ball" of meth nicknamed Blue Shards that he said he was about to deliver, according to a criminal complaint. In December, police served a warrant at a home where they had detected a "chemical odor," found meth-making materials such as lithium batteries, fuel, empty pseudoephedrine blister packs and boxes, and arrested Morrissey, another complaint shows.


Morrissey has been free on bond since May. Last week, a judge ordered him under the supervision of parole agents with the Iowa Department of Corrections pending his trials.

Incidentally, they broke the conditions of the modification by being in the hotel together.

Sorry for quoting myself but if you google "dm is friends with jw websleuths" The first thread that comes up shows where someone posted DM and JW are fb friends. But when i click on it i can't find the post. It is late here so ill have to find it tomorrow but if anyone remember this please PM me. I find it fishy that as of half hour ago they are no longer fb friends and with the facebook rumor. Just wondering thats all TIA.

FWIW, the Dubuque police investigated and said it was not an abduction attempt. I don't know all the details, but the guy w/ the van voluntarily went and spoke to the police and so did some witnesses - and based on that, the police said it was NOT an attempted abduction.

Just a really creepy dude in a suspicious looking van who has absolutely no sense of personal boundaries or appropriateness, apparently? (this is the one where he touched the girl's face right?). I know there are people out there like that but... yuck.

Yes I know what plea bargaining is.
Trust me this isn't my first rodeo.
But for what some would consider small drug charges,
LE allowed the accused to NARC people out and more or
less pick his time to serve?
IDK sounds odd to me.

The odd part about that statement to me was that Aunt T. was saying that he did not plea guilty in order to avoid jail (at that time) but he would probably end up working a plea bargain later on. So, he would end up doing the very thing he was avoiding? I don't understand.
