Jeffery Zolliecoffer was found wrapped in a blanket floating down the Cedar River on 15 September 1989. He had been shot three times.

Sorry for the conflicting dates, he was last seen alive on the 7th, and his body finally rose to surface of the river and was seen on the 15th.
