Interesting comments on his 7/31 'hole in one yes' post. I hope he's made it to safety. BTW, I think his nickname is "Bama".

Interesting that his mother has made comments requesting not to circulate missing posters and information. I would certainly want to respect family, especially someone’s mother, but there have been no confirmations that he is safe and not missing.

Bama/Jerrell, if you can contact someone to let them know you’re okay, please do so. If you just took a hiatus, please let someone know you’re good. Many people are worried about you and no one has concrete evidence that would make them stop worrying.

Thank you for sharing that. :)

I am concerned I was skirting TOS to reference her wishes, as it’s not in MSM that I can find, but she went “live” on a well known platform two separate times. And, well, she’s his mama. She seems confident he is well, and that circulating missing information is harming his children emotionally. There seems to be some anger toward the companion of Jerrell that reported him missing. Perhaps he just was ready for a new companion, empty on the emotional bandwidth from protesting, and needed a blank slate. Perhaps his mother knows him to end relationships this way. Perhaps it was a safety move if some folks threatened him for his stance and involvement in the protests.

Might anyone have any insight as to what an LE agency might do if a family requested they stop searching for their loved one? I don’t get the impression family has done that, but if there is anger toward an active search might they eventually contact the LE agency responsible and say cease? Must the family produce evidence of life in order to redact the missing person alert?

Any update on Jerrell/Bama’s safety floating around? I’ve seen nothing.
