'She didn't say anything': Search continues for Iowa woman with dementia, now missing for 2 days
Judy Krueger hasn't been seen in Glenwood, Iowa, since Saturday. Along with law enforcement, more than a dozen people are searching the fields, creeks and trees around her home.

(Glenwood) -- Mills County officials are using the latest technology in the continuing search for a missing person.

Seventy-two-year-old Judy Krueger of Glenwood was reported missing Saturday. Since that time, the Mills County Sheriff's Office has deployed two drones equipped with Forward Looking Infrared or FLIR numerous times since the woman's disappearance. Similar drones flown by the Cass County Sheriff's Office and Montgomery County Emergency Management and the Iowa State Patrol plane have used similar technology. The sheriff's office says all local and state resources are being used to search for Krueger.
Krueger is described as 5-3, 130 pounds with reddish gray hair, and suffers from dementia. She was last seen wearing jeans, two-to-three shirts and a bracelet. Authorities say any community members wishing to continue to search for the woman should respect personal property boundaries, and search in pairs or teams for safety.
Anyone who spots the woman or has information on her whereabouts should contact 911.
GLENWOOD, Iowa —
Bob Krueger says he hasn't seen his wife, Judy, since Saturday afternoon.
"She just slipped out, she didn't say anything," Krueger said.
The 72-year-old has dementia and he says she's disappeared before.
"She keeps talking about things in the past. She talks about going home, which, you know, her home is no longer there. There's no home to go to in Emerson, Iowa," he said.

"What you'll find out about Glenwood is you'll have these pockets of what is like really dense forest," Ibarra (volunteer searcher) said. "Hopefully, if she is out here in the elements, she's protected in some way, or has kind of found a spot to camp out."
Bob Krueger says he's grateful for the people in his town, willing to step up and look for Judy.
"It says a lot about them, they have my heartfelt thanks," he said.
He says he's already missing his wife of 53 years.
"Oh yeah, greatly. I plan on getting a tracking device and having her wear that from now on," he said.
