The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Justin Messmore.

Messmore, 38, is 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen in Council Bluffs on June 25 at 11:30 p.m. Messmore left his residence on foot and he does not have his cell phone with him, according to police.

These partial remains were added to NamUs today. I can't find any reference to whether Justin has a "reaper" tattoo or what type of shoes he was wearing when he disappeared. Maybe he has photos showing his legs and knees on a profile somewhere out there but I couldn't find them.

I know this is presumed located but he was arrested 5/18/21 and is still in jail in Utah.
