David Carpenter was arrested and charged after allegedly shooting his father over "stinky feet"

According to an arrest affidavit, David Carpenter, 48, called the police late Sunday night and said he shot his father.

he's very very lucky he didn't kill his father but not from lack of trying
how can his father ever feel safe in the future around his son?
